The Val Medel () is a righthand side valley of the Surselva valley in Graubünden, Switzerland. It is approximately 15 km (9.3 mi) long and stretches from Disentis (1,100 m (3,600 ft) above sea level) to the south, where it ends at Lai da Sontga Maria reservoir on Lukmanier Pass (906 m (2,972 ft) above sea level).
